In order to complete your request, we must have the following:
· Owners must attach a copy of the settlement statement, closing disclosure or deed.
· Renters must attach the first and signature pages of the lease and the page that lists which utilities you are responsible for.
· A picture of valid photo id. We cannot open HEIC files.
· Please leave the deposit line blank. We will alert you if a deposit is required.
· Please leave the account number line blank.
· If you are signing up for service alone and the website will not let you continue without a second signature, please enter your name on both lines.
· Watch for your confirmation email from SeamlessDocs. If you do not get one, your contract was not submitted properly through the website.
· If you do not submit the required documentation, we will not be able to initiate utility services at your location.
· Please be sure to enter a phone number and email address so that we may get in contact with you should there be a problem setting up your account.
